As the Chief Experience Officer at the spa, Jodi’s primary responsibility is to guarantee that every guest enjoys an exceptional and memorable Hawaiian experience during each visit. Her role encompasses overseeing all aspects of the guest journey, from initial interactions to departure, with a keen focus on delivering top-notch service and creating an ambiance that reflects the spirit of Hawaii. Jodi works closely with the team to ensure that they are aligned with the spa’s vision, continuously improving service standards, and implementing innovative ideas to exceed guest expectations. By taking charge of the entire guest experience, Jodi plays a vital role in maintaining the spa’s reputation as a premier destination for unparalleled Hawaiian hospitality.

About Me: Aloha! I am l the Chief Experience Officer and a Licesned Massage Therapist. I have managed each of our locations at some point since joining the spa in 2013. I am married and have 2 sons and 9 grandchildren as well as my dog Dolly. My kids and grand-kids live in Washington State and I love to go back there and visit them when I can.

What I Like About My Job: I have loved the spas from the day I applied to be a massage therapist and spa administrator! I have so enjoyed working for and with our owners who are not only business savvy (I’ve learned so much from them)  but also work very hard to balance the needs of the business with providing the best environment possible for our employees and a great experience for our guests. I also really enjoy so many of our guests! We have so many wonderful members that feel like part of the family and we get lots of visitors from other parts of the country and the world which is often quite interesting.

My Education And Training: I graduated from the Bryman School in 2010 and have been working in the industry ever since.  A few years ago, I was lucky enough to be able to study lomi lomi in Hawaii, in addition to the lomi training provided here at the spa. I have also received certifications in Medical Massage, Precision Neuromuscular Therapy and Prenatal Massage.
