Spa ClientMembership to the spa is completely optional, however nearly all local residents join due to the savings. You do not have to be a spa member to visit the spa. However, becoming a spa member will save you money and the term is only three months!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Questions and Answers...

 

Question: Do I have to come in every month with a membership?

 

Answer: No. Every month you get charged $49 or $69 and a credit for that dollar amount simply gets added to your account. That money stays in your account forever. Use it monthly for a massage or facial or come in less frequently. It makes no difference - your money stays in your account.

 

 

Question:What happens when I cancel. Do I lose my unused credit?

 

Answer: No. You never lose any money. Any credit in your account stays in there forever and can be used just like cash when you cancel. Keep in mind, however, that you don't get member discounts after you cancel but you can use the money with any sales, etc.

 

 

Question: Can I change memberships?

 

Answer: The term is only three months so after three months you can change to a new plan if you wish. Any credit in your account can be used for the new plan.
