Hawaiian Spa Monthly Membership

Full terms of agreement

The initial term of this agreement is twelve months. You may cancel early but there will be a cancellation fee if you choose to do so as stated below.

Every month your credit card will be charged $64.99 for your membership. At that time, a Hawaiian Spa Credit (credit) valued at $59 will be placed in the member’s account.

Member may use this credit towards any services for themselves or others. Only whole credits can be used – you cannot use part of a credit and they cannot be used for products, gratuity or gift certificates. Membership credits are non-transferable.

Member will be charged a fixed price of $59 for all 50 minute treatments with a regular price of $99 or less, $69 for all 60 minute treatments with a regular price of $109 or less, $109 for all 90 minute treatments with a regular price of $159 or less, and $138 for all 120 minute treatments with a regular price of $209 or less. Member’s guests pay $10 additional per hour.

Member will receive 25% off the regular price of all other treatments received not covered above.

Member’s guests will receive 15% off the regular price of all other treatments received not covered above. Member may also purchase gift certificates (excluding dollar amount gift certificates) or treatments for others at the guest rate. Member will receive 15% off the regular price of most products.

Member discounts cannot be combined and cannot be used with coupons, specials, or other discounts.

After the initial term of your membership, your membership will continue on a month to month basis at the then current monthly rate and terms until you cancel the membership.

You may suspend your membership for up to four months per year (4 out of every 12 payments) by giving us written notice at least seven days in advance. During the suspended period you will not be charged the monthly fee. All membership charges must be current before you can suspend your membership. If a past payment did not go through you must make that payment before suspending the membership. After four months your charges will automatically resume. You cannot use your membership credits or discounts while the membership is suspended. If you suspend the membership during the initial term of this agreement the initial term will automatically be extended by the number of months the membership is suspended.

You may cancel this agreement anytime by giving us written notice at least seven days (but not more than 30 days) in advance. Cancelling before the initial term is over will result in an early cancellation fee as follows: $200 if you cancel before six months of membership charges have processed; $100 if you cancel after six months and before twelve months have processed. You may also pay for all remaining credits at any time and terminate the membership at the end of the initial term. After the membership is cancelled, any unused credits will remain in your account for one year from the date you notified us you wish to cancel. After cancellation, credits can still be used as explained in paragraph three above; however, you no longer receive member prices. Therefore your credits, while still worth the same $59, may not be able to purchase the same amount of services as when you were a member. Unused credits cannot be refunded under any circumstances. In the event that you default on this agreement or dispute any valid transactions with your bank or credit card company, you agree to pay all reasonable costs incurred by the spa and/or resulting from collection including bank fees, administrative fees, attorney fees, collection agency fees, chargeback fees and other reasonable fees. We may cancel this agreement at any time, for any reason, and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

When you purchase the membership you accept the terms of this agreement and authorize Hawaiian Experience Spa to charge your credit card on file in the amount indicated above until cancelled by you or us. You also authorize us to charge your credit card monthly after the initial term (unless the membership has been cancelled) as specified above, and to charge your credit card for any services (including late cancelled services and gratuity) the member receives or authorizes without an additional signature and in lieu of presenting the card, unless the member provides another form of payment. You also authorize us to charge your credit card for any fees as described above. You also agree to abide by all spa polices including the cancellation policy and understand that violation of spa policies can result in cancellation of your membership without refund.  In the event that you default on this agreement or dispute any valid transactions with your bank or credit card company, you agree to pay all reasonable costs incurred by the spa and/or resulting from collection including bank fees, administrative fees, attorney fees, collection agency fees, chargeback fees and other reasonable fees. We may modify this agreement from time to time by updating this page and publishing a notification of the change in our monthly email newsletter.  If Member does not accept the modified terms he or she must notify us within five days.  Upon receiving the member’s non-acceptance of the new terms we may allow the member to continue the agreement under the old terms or we may cancel the agreement at our discretion.  In the event your credit card is declined, all funds and treatments in the member’s account will be frozen until the monthly charge(s) is/are approved.  If the charge(s) is/are not approved within 30 days, the membership will be cancelled and the member will forfeit any treatments or credits in the account.
