Hawaiian Spa Monthly Membership
This membership has no initial term.
Every month your credit card will be charged $69 for your membership. At that time, a 50 minute treatment (membership treatment) will be placed in the member’s account.
An activation fee of one hundred dollars ($100) will be charged at the time of membership activation. This fee may be discounted from time to time.
Membership treatments must be used in whole increments and they cannot be used for products, gratuity, gift certificates or anything other than services. Membership treatments are non-transferable.
Membership treatments can be used for any 50 minute treatment with a regular price of $99 or less. Member may apply the membership treatment towards a longer or more expensive service and pay for the difference between the regular cost of the services.
Member will be charged a fixed price of $59 for all 50 minute treatments with a regular price of $99 or less, $69 for all 60 minute treatments with a regular price of $109 or less, $109 for all 90 minute treatments with a regular price of $159 or less, and $138 for all 120 minute treatments with a regular price of $209 or less. Member’s guests pay $10 additional per hour.
Member will receive 25% off the regular price of all other treatments received not covered above. Member’s guests will receive 15% off the regular price of all other treatments received not covered above.
Member may also purchase gift certificates (excluding dollar amount gift certificates) or treatments for others at the guest rate. Member will receive 15% off the regular price of most products.
Member discounts cannot be combined and cannot be used with coupons, specials, or other discounts.
You may suspend your membership for up to four months per year (4 out of every 12 payments) by giving us written notice at least seven days in advance. During the suspended period you will not be charged the monthly fee. All membership charges must be current before you can suspend your membership. If a past payment did not go through you must make that payment before suspending the membership. When you unsuspend your membership, or after four months, your charges will automatically resume. You cannot use your membership treatments or receive discounts while the membership is suspended.
You may cancel this agreement anytime by giving us written notice at least seven days (but not more than 30 days) in advance. After the membership is cancelled, any unused membership treatments will remain in your account for ninety (90) days from the date you notified us you wish to cancel. Unused membership treatments cannot be refunded under any circumstances. You agree to pay all reasonable costs incurred by the spa and/or resulting from enforcing this agreement including bank fees, administrative fees, attorney fees, collection agency fees, chargeback fees and other reasonable fees. We may cancel this agreement at any time, for any reason, and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
When you purchase the membership you accept the terms of this agreement and authorize Hawaiian Experience Spa to charge your credit card on file in the amount indicated above until cancelled by you or us. You also authorize us to charge your credit card for any services (including late cancelled services and gratuity) the above member receives or authorizes without an additional signature and in lieu of presenting the card, unless the member pays by a different method. You also authorize us to charge your credit card for any fees as described above. You also agree to abide by all spa polices including the cancellation policy and understand that violation of spa policies can result in cancellation of your membership without refund. We may modify this agreement from time to time by notifying the Member via email. If Member does not accept the modified terms he or she must notify us in writing within five days. Upon receiving the member’s non-acceptance of the new terms we may allow the member to continue the agreement under the old terms or we may cancel the agreement at our sole discretion. In the event your credit card is declined, all funds and treatments in the member’s account will be frozen until the monthly charge(s) is/are approved. If the charge(s) is/are not approved within 30 days, the membership will be cancelled and the member will forfeit any treatments or credits in the account.
