Aloha! I am a native of Arizona, but after spending a week in Hawai’i with my best friend, whom grew up on the island of Oahu, I quickly fell in love with the culture. Needless to say, I was excited to have the opportunity to work for an establishment that reminds me of the best vacation I have ever had! I graduated from the Massage Program at Phoenix College in March of 2014 and have been self employed since. I have also received my Associates in Applied Science for Nursing in 2009 and I appreciate the healing that can be done through massage. Being a full time mother of three energetic boys and growing up in the desert, I am well aware of the effects of everyday stress and environmental fatigue that can occur to the body, especially the muscles!
I enjoy learning different types of massage, and being one who enjoys getting pampered herself, I love bringing relaxation to other individual’s mind, body, and spirit. I enjoy feeling and lifting other’s energy, as I have been told I’m sensitive to energy around me and love positive vibes.
I am a master in therapeutic massage and I frequently incorporate stretching and myofascial release into my sessions for the full relaxation affect. In January of 2015, I was employed as a Teacher’s Assistant for the massage program, which I adored, being able to teach alongside great instructors. All the instructors were Licensed Massage Therapists and gave me the opportunity to learn great skills in Sports Massage, Acupunctunture, Pregnancy Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. I am certified in Upper Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral, and Reiki, although I do not practice it. In the near future I will also be certified in lumbar release so I can help those who have lower back issues and sciatic pain along with other pathophysiologies.I look forward to adding to the list of modalities so I can be proficient in every area of massage. Blessings and Mahalo
