Hello my name is Toe Johnson but I go by Johnson. I moved to the United States from the Ivory Coast in West Africa when I was 12 years old, back in 2005. I was put in a foster care program until I was 18 years old. After high school, I started going to Glendale Community College for track and field, but when things didn’t turn out how I planned, I decided to go to a massage therapy school.
I graduated from Arizona School of Massage Therapy, where I quickly learned that I would specialize in therapeutic massage. I really went into the massage therapy field because I wanted to help others relieve stress and pain. I am passionate about what I do, seeing other people in pain always puts me in a pain. While I was in school I learned a lot of different techniques to use and to customize all of my client’s sessions, depending on their needs. So if you’re having any problems in your low back, neck or shoulders, come see me! Those are the areas that I have those most practice of working out and releasing tension. I have been a therapist since 2014 and am very happy to be working at the Hawaiian Experience Spa in Goodyear.
To mention a little bit about myself, I definitely like to stay active. My all-time favorite sport is soccer. I really love anything outdoors such as hiking, rock climbing, running, going swimming, pretty much anything that will help me keep up on my personal physique.. I guess you can say I’m kind of a gym rat. I like to mostly focus on maintaining my overall well-being. Every now and then you will catch me playing basketball. I’m not really good at it, I just do it for fun.
