Aloha! I’m 25 years old, born in Florida and bounced around the states my whole life, I moved here most recently from Baltimore Maryland. When I moved from Maryland to Arizona I knew there were two things the state had an abundance of, spas and golf courses. That’s all I needed to know to come out here. A passionate golfer since a young age, I love to get on the course and enjoy the weather. Along with golf, I love to play football, volleyball, and ultimate Frisbee with friends. I love connecting with friends from every state I’ve lived in by online gaming. It’s a great way to stay in touch thousands of miles away. I graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in 2010 and moved out to Arizona in 2011. I’ve been working in the field of Massage Therapy for since 2011 and really enjoy being that best part of everyone’s day. It’s pretty easy to go to work when all the clients are happy after they leave.
I truly believe that a body and mind that is calm and relaxed is the best way to stay happy, energetic, motivated, and healthy. Massage is such a great way keeping everything physically and mentally in optimal condition. I have seen the many results from my work. It’s such a wonderfully thing that something as simple as touch could have such a dramatic effect on the body. The first thing anyone does after stubbing their toe is to grab it. Touch is one of nature’s most powerful pain relief methods.
Throughout my years working I’ve been certified in Deep Tissue Integration/Structure, Reflexology, and Trigger point in Hands and Feet. I’ve been trained in a vast variety of modalities to help clients’ needs, young and old. I’m a deep tissue specialist but really enjoy sports massage, Swedish, Triggerpoint, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, and cranial sacral. There are many more modalities I do not know but that is the beauty of this industry, there is always a new technique one can learn and expand their skill. So I’m excited to see what else I will be able to offer my clientele in the future. I’d say my personal style is to combine many different modalities into one session to really bring out the most effective treatment possible for my clients
I’m really excited to be a member of the Hawaiian Experience Spa ‘ohana, and I’m excited to soon get a chance to meet many of you!
