Aloha, my name is Mysti Riley. I’m excited to be part of the Ohana here at Hawaiian Experience Spa because of their desire to provide a unique experience for each guest. I’m looking forward to getting back into the work force especially after three years of being a stay at home mom, and just doing massage as a side job for my personal clients.
I have been a massage therapist since 2010 when I graduated from The Bryman School of Arizona. I started working in chiropractic before I graduated school and continued to work in that field for three years after that. I have always liked how chiropractic and massage can complement one another. I have also worked in more spa like places like Elements Therapeutic Massage and Beautif-eye studios.
Some of the modalities that I know and have learned are swedish, prenatal, sports massage, deep tissue, Lomi Lomi massage, and I am also certified in Reiki. I’m looking forward to advancing my experience and learning some new modalities. A few of the modalities I would like to learn to enhance my massage skills and knowledge are table Thai and floor Thai, Acupuncture, neuromuscular massage and medical massage. Eventually I would like to take some cranial sacral classes as well.
I have been with my husband for ten years now, married for three and we have two adorable children. Our daughter is going to be five and our son is going on four, both are very adventurous and full of fun! We love to travel and go on camping adventures. I enjoy a good book every so often, but I love to go scuba diving with my husband; I’ve had some of the most amazing adventures with him!
Some goals I want to achieve are working in the medical field as a medical massage therapist and really expanding my knowledge about the human body and one day I look forward to is owning my own spa! My focus and my goal at the end of the day is to provide a peaceful, relaxing massage and leave them feeling centered!
