I am very excited to announce that Becca Geltner has been officially promoted to our Goodyear Ali’i Nui (spa manager)!
Becca originally started off as a massage therapist at the spa back in August of 2014. At some point she decided she wanted to help lead the spa, so she worked her way up to be an Assistant Manager in Scottsdale. Then in July of this year, Jodi took over the Scottsdale spa and Becca stepped up to be the Acting Spa Manager for the Goodyear Day Spa.
Going into this, Becca knew that this was not necessarily a permanent change and that we would be evaluating everything before deciding how to move forward with Goodyear. She has done an outstanding job in the five months that she has been taking care of Goodyear, and this promotion is well earned.
I am super excited to see Becca growing with the spa. I am also proud to say that all of our Ali’i Nui started off as Spa Attendants or Massage Therapists and worked their way up. I am looking forward to being able to create more opportunities like this for the ‘ohana as we move forward.
