Aloha!

My goal during the month of August was to transition to spending two days a week in each spa, to help drive us forward. I enjoy the more direct, hands on, approach and expect that it will have a great affect on the quality of our service across the board. My schedule varies week to week so that I am able to speak to the majority of our regular guests and all of our ohana. I am going to continue to push to be in each spas like this for the remainder of the year.

While we are continuing to remodel the Scottsdale spa, we did not do much during the month of August. We are completing items in a certain order, with the bathroom remodel being the next item on the list. We had some issues with items being on back order, or turning out to not be available, so the project got pushed off to September. Hopefully, it will be done soon and then we can move on to the showers!

New to this year, is our Labor Day sale. We placed packages, select Eminence products, sarongs and our wellness plan on sale. It ends tomorrow (Monday), so make sure you buy what you want now!
