Aloha! We hope you had a wonderful month of February and had a happy Valentine’s Day. We were super busy at all three spas with more couples’ experiences and spa treatments than in a typical month, making the month lot’s of fun for us. Our therapists and desk team enjoyed the variety and the positive energy from everyone who spent time with us as part of their Valentine’s celebration.
March is Aloha Festival month for us. Each year we sponsor the main stage during this free family event at beautiful Tempe Town Lake Park. Please stop by and say aloha and enter to win a free one year spa membership with twelve free massages! If you are already a member, your next year will be free if you win. Surveys: Help us help you! Each time you check out you are emailed a receipt that contains a link to our survey page. The survey is only a few questions and really helps us keep the spas services up to the standard you expect. Please take a moment to fill it out after you check out. We read each one ourselves and take your suggestions and feedback very seriously.
Another way to help yourself is to enable Text Reminders on your profile in our software. If you use the online system to make appointments just click the “My Info” tab and then edit your profile and enable Text for “Your Account” and “Reminders And Schedule Changes”. This will help make sure you don’t miss important changes to your appointments. We do not send marketing texts – this is only for appointment bookings, changes, etc. Update your profile here!
