Aloha! We have many exciting things going on during the month of March, not the least of which is our new discount plan for military, police, fire and others. This is something I wanted to do for sometime and am happy that we can now fit it in the budget. Visit our pricing page here for details.
We are also starting a 5-star review recognition program for our wonderful massage therapists and aestheticians. If you love the spa and your therapist, tell the world by posting a 5-star review on a public website such as Yelp, Google or Tripadvisor. We will copy reviews that mention a therapist name and use that to help promote and reward the therapist. Obviously, 5-star reviews also help the spa and our mission of spreading the spirit of aloha. You can see Hawaiian Experience Spa reviews here.
If you have been thinking of becoming a child of the land (Kama’aina) then you will love the month of March as we are waiving the enrollment fee all month. Typically, we only waive the fee for first time visitors but for March everyone who joins will pay no enrollment fee! You can join the spa wellness program online here or at any spa. Remember, you can cancel anytime. Becoming kama’aina gives you substantial discounts but guests have told me what they like best about it is that it forces them to do what they know they need to do – come in each month! Of course, it really doesn’t force you to come in but it does encourage you.
We have updated the Hawaiian music in all the spas except Goodyear because their MP3 player broke as we were doing it! Their songs will be updated next week. I hope you enjoy the new selections. The old list, while it contained some beautiful songs, was getting a little old. ;-).
I want to thank every guest who completes our survey after their visit. We added a comment to the owner section this year and I have read every one and responded to many. Thank you very much for all of your feedback!
There is also a lot more going on as always including new therapists and desk ‘ohana, new outside signs getting installed at all spas and, of course, the Aloha Festival! Be sure to stop by and talk story.
I wish you all a great month full of Aloha. Mahalo nui loa for your support.
Sincerely,
Mike

Tell us how we are doing by filling out a spa survey (a link is emailed after each visit or you can click here to access it) after your visit so we can know what how we did. We, of course, love to hear the wonderful stories of how your therapist made you feel amazing, but we also like to hear how we could improve the next visit. You can also just email the spa ali’i nui (manager) with any comments, questions, or concerns. We answer all emails so please communicate. Hawaiian Experience Spa contact information is here.
Mahalo for being a guest of the spa.
