As usual, May went flying by at the spa. We added several new ‘ohana members last month. We have new therapists Ruby, Brandi, Tabby and Brittany. Ruby has already completed her lomi training and Brandi, Tabby and Brittany should be completing theirs in a few weeks. They are already garnering some great surveys. I would love for you to give them a try and let me know what you think!

Speaking of training, I will be training all the new therapists in Goodyear. I used to do a lot of the training of our therapists but as I got busier with management duties the training shifted to our trainers in the other spas. Things have slowed down for me now and I can switch back to doing what I really love, training! Remember to fill out those surveys so I know how everyone is doing.

This month we will be celebrating Jessi’s 3 year anniversary with the spa as well as Shay and Brenton’s birthdays. Feel free to wish Jessi “hau’oli ho’omana’o” and Shay and Brenton “hau’oli la hanau”!
