About Mike: Aloha, I’m one of the Mo’i (owners) and the CEO of our spa, founded by my parents, Steve and Cathy. My passion lies in operating a morally and ethically superior business, focused on its ‘ohana (employees), who allow us to offer exceptional service to every guest who visits our little piece of Hawaii.

At our spa, we take pride in providing our guests with exceptional experiences, offering a wide range of high-quality treatments, including massage therapy, couples’ experiences, and esthetics services (skin care and facials), all in a unique and relaxing Hawaiian atmosphere.

The Spirit of Aloha Commitment (similar to a mission statement):

• To provide an awesome work experience for our ‘ohana.
• To provide an exceptional Hawaiian spa experience for our guests.
• To spread the Spirit of Aloha to everyone.

As owner, I hold full responsibility for the spa’s operations. My priority is to continually enhance the experience for our ‘ohana and guests, fulfilling our Spirit of Aloha Commitment. The role of an owner is multifaceted and demanding. My responsibility spans strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight. I take immense pride in leading a team that upholds our values and consistently delivers exceptional services. My focus remains on enhancing our work environment and guest experience, thus fulfilling our Spirit of Aloha Commitment.

On a personal level, I have an amazing family—my wife, Diana, our teenagers, Myah and Aisha, aged 18 and 16 respectively, and our youngest, Victoria, born in 2023. My fervor for martial arts is also a significant part of my life, and as a perfectionist, I adhere to elevated standards in everything I do. Driven by an unwavering commitment to righteousness and an inexhaustible curiosity, I strive to broaden my understanding of the world. Outside of work, you can often find me engaged in training, exploring nature trails, or acquiring new knowledge.
