Aloha, my name is Cedric Johnwell. I’m very much into sports and used to be quite the athlete. With sports I played, massage therapy has always been a part of my life, ever since I was in high school. I am still very much an athlete, on my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, playing basketball, and golf.
In December 2017 I graduated for Arizona School of Massage Therapy, which is now Cortiva Institute. This is where I learned the techniques of; Swedish, Trigger Point, Sports, Russian, Injury Rehabilitation, Structural, Shiatsu, and Cranial along with a few other modalities. These are all the techniques I use to customize my sessions, to promote relaxation, tension relief, and all-around longevity. Massage is a cornerstone for me in making it my career. My overall goal is to work with professional athletes and continue giving the gift of good health to my community as well. That is why I’m also looking forward to learning myofascial release, prenatal, lymphatic, and more structural work.
Whether you just want to fall into relaxation because you do not get the time to do so at home, or if you’re a very active person just looking for some bodywork done so you can get back on your routine, then I invite you to book a session with me. In addition, know that you will be booking with a very down to earth, easy going, guy who is very personable and easy to talk to if you like to talk during your session.
So with that being said, I want to thank you very much for the time you have taken to read my bio and get to know me a little better before I can help you achieve some of your goals and assist you in promoting selfcare. I look forward to working with you. Mahalo,
