Aloha: We are excited that we are moving into the holiday season and that the cooler weather has finally arrived (although that cold wind the other day was a bit of a shock!). The rest of the year is going to be very busy at the spa with all of our holiday sales. Black Friday is our busiest day of the year and offers you the best opportunity to buy exceptional spa services at a discount. There is no better time of the year to purchase gift certificates for friends, loved ones or for yourself.

We made great progress with the Scottsdale spa this month. The new bathroom looks exceptional, we hung up dozens of pictures and added some more bamboo. We also did some things behind the scenes to help improve the operation of the spa. This next month we will be renovating both of the showers. The showers are a big undertaking, so this will be the main focus of the month (and it may go into the next month due to the special order doors that we are using – the same door that Goodyear uses in its small shower), however, we will also be refining some of the other areas of the spa.

The Chandler spa got all new robes yesterday! We are trying a new brand and would love your feedback. Scottsdale will also be getting new robes this month, but a different brand. We are trying to determine which robe you will love most, so please share your thoughts. We will have several of each robe in Scottsdale and Chandler, so that you can compare. Some of our Kama’aina may be asked to try out each one.
