In Hawaiian the word ‘ohana means extended family. That is the word we choose to describe our team, so you will see the words “ ‘ohana”, “ ‘ohana member”, etc. throughout various things you may read from the spa. We are a family and work together to serve our guests while have an awesome experience ourselves. Our family vibe is just one of the things that makes us unique.
During the holidays we had a lull in hiring as everyone, including us, was focused on the activities of the season. But now that the holiday season is over we are beginning to hire again and to expand our capacity so that we can handle the customer demand.
