My Healthy Tip: When getting a relaxing massage, it is not good to do anything exerting afterwards. If you want to get the best out of your workout do a faster paced massage before or at least a relaxing therapeutic one afterwards! Also drink 1.5 -2 liters more of water than you normally do after a massage!
About Me: Hey! I was born in Florida and moved down here to the valley when I was 12! I love to hang out with my fiancé and friends in my spare time. As well as when I can go on nature adventures. I’m a spiritual person who can connect to just about anyone and I really enjoy meeting new people and making a good impact on them.
What Massage Means To Me:
Ever since I can remember I’ve loved to massage friends and family. I don’t remember when I started but I remember massaging a friend of mine in elementary school whole they sat on the swing set and always massages my best friend growing up whom I met at 7 years old. I also frequently massaged my mother because she was constantly in pain with sciatica, Fibromyalgia, and arthritis. I started school at Arizona College of Allied Health Oct 2021 and finished July 1st, 2022. I chose this career because I’ve always wanted to help people and this is a profession I enjoy!
