About Me: I am originally from Los Angeles, CA and moved to AZ in 2014. I became licensed in 2018, and that’s when my journey to self-healing began. When I am not massaging, I am doing arts and crafts, DIY projects, enjoying nature, listening to podcasts, and reading books on self-improvement.

What Massage Means To Me: Massage found me while I was in a moment in my life when I didn’t know I needed it. Specialties: My specialties include pain management, and educating clients on stretching, strengthening and self-care techniques to improve their overall wellness and healing. My treatments range from a medical sports massage to a relaxing Lomi Lomi, hot stone massage. I found that many clients that gravitate towards me are those who have gone to specialists and numerous doctors who have not yet found a diagnosis to their headaches, aches and pains.
