About Me: I have over 25 years of experience in the customer service industry, serving in several management positions at many different levels. My experience has taught me to have a caring and passionate attitude in serving the guests as well as leading all levels of associates, or better known as ‘ohana. Creating high level of customer service with the entire ‘ohana is what drives me each day.
What I Like About My Job: Working and developing the ‘ohana to provide that exceptional guest experience. Each ‘ohana member has a significant role to provide that exceptional guest experience, developing and mentoring them, letting them know how they contribute to this experience is an exciting part of my job. Watching them flourish and gain confidence in all aspects of the guest’s experience is the most rewarding part of my job.
How I Try To Make Your Experience Exceptional: “People never care how much you know until they know how much you care.” This is a quote that resonates with me this is the true aloha spirit. Whether interacting with a guest or a member of our ‘ohana, I am always listening to the needs of everyone involved and acting on those needs. Having that caring attitude is what creates the exceptional guest experience.
