My Healthy Tip: Exhaling activates the parasympathetic part of the Autonomic Nervous System
About Me: Aloha! I am a massage therapist of 13 years with 10,000+ hours of experience working with hundreds of clients, mostly female clientele. I have training in both science and spiritual and am intimately familiar with the physically and mentally demanding aspects of the modern world. I bring that past knowledge and current understanding of how the body works with me to each and every session. It is my mission to be of humble service for those looking for a reset or reprieve from the stresses of life, to meet each individual where they are at, and to provide a holistic therapy of massage, energy, and bodywork towards an intention of higher healing.
What Massage Means To Me: I love massage, energy and body work because it brings awareness into the body and provides healing through movement and a somatic experience. Movement is life, and the stresses of life can get stuck in the body. These modalities provide excellent and supportive ways to process and move through patterns that no longer serve us, leaving us more free and empowered to be the best version of ourselves.
My Education And Training:
- Certification in Massage Therapy from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts 2012
- Specialization in Myotherapy and Lomi Lomi 2012
- Certificate in Myofascial Energetic Release 2015
- Certificate in Life Coaching 2017
- Instructor in Myotherapy, Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue Sculpting, Trigger Point 2018
- Certificate in Traditional Reiki 2019
- Certificate in Yoga Teacher Training 2020
- Certificate in Shamanic Reiki 2022
- Bachelor of Science in Geography 2003
- Brophy College Preparatory – Science, Humanities and Spiritual studies 1997
Specialties: I love and specialize in shoulder, hip, abdominal, and neck/cranial work to open the core restrictions in the body, by utilizing lomi lomi, myofascial release, deep tissue sculpting, trigger point, energy work, yoga philosophy, body mechanics, and especially breathing techniques to induce a deeper parasympathetic (relaxation) state so the body is able to heal itself properly.
Five Star Guest Reviews: The below five star reviews about me are from third party websites like Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google and Spa Finder. I would love to add yours!

- Brenah Raney, GOOGLE REVIEW - 5 StarsWe’ve been coming once a month for the last couple years and have always had good experiences. The staff is nice and the prices are reasonable. It’s a whole “spa experience” with the robes, locker, shower, etc. Normally I don’t request massage therapists by name and they’ve all been good but today I had Kyle and he was so great, I’ll definitely be requesting him in the future.
