My Healthy Tip: Self-care is very important. You got to take care of yourself and your body. Some ways I recommend taking care of yourself is to come in for massage every 3 weeks, drink water before and after your massage. You should also be stretching throughout the week, using a heating pad for relaxation and even Biofreeze for tension. I also tell my clients they can take a bath with Dr. Teals Salt which is not only relaxing but feels good for your body and muscle.
About Me: Hi, my name is Zaha (ZaH-AH). I am 22 years old. I have been a massage therapist for about 3 years now. I knew that I wanted to help and heal since I was 12 years old when I used to my grandmother. I had a passion to continue to do that for other people, and just see a big smiling face on a person after they received great care from me.
What Massage Means To Me: Massage means I get to go to work every day to heal somebody and make them feel 10 times better than what they did before they got on the table. When they leave, they are satisfied and happy. It warms my heart to see people happy and feeling a whole lot better. It truly brings joy to me to know that I am able to help people.
My Education And Training: I attended Arizona College of Allied Health where I learned many different techniques, the muscles of the body and so much more. I also was able to work with other colleagues that taught me different techniques that I use in my massages.
Specialties: I am able to perform deep tissue, Swedish/relaxation and also sports massage. These are just of the modalities I like to perform.
