About Me: I grew up in Wisconsin, and moved to Arizona in 1988. I love it here, but sometimes miss the four seasons. I’m married with a 20 year old son, three grown stepdaughters and 3 grandkids. I enjoy watching my son coach high school, spending quality time with my family and friends, snow skiing and water skiing.
What I Like About My Job: I have been with Hawaiian Experience Spa since May of 2015, and I love being a part of our Ohana. I enjoy getting to know our guests, and hearing about their awesome experiences at the spa. I go above and beyond to make sure each of our guests have the best experience possible.
My Education And Training: I graduated from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration.
My Favorite Services:
- Maui Relaxation Massage: this is a great relaxation massage that combines the lomi lomi massage with the nui (swedish) massage. It includes hot towels on your face and neck and your choice of aromatherapy.
- The Couples Aloha Massage Lesson: This is a unique and fun way to learn the lomi lomi massage while assisting your therapist in the massage of your significant other.
- Body Scrub: this is a good treatment to do before a massage. It exfoliates and hydrates your skin leaving it soft and smooth. We have a variety of organic body scrubs to choose from.
- Hawaiian Experience Lomi Lomi Massage: this is a Hawaiian style massage that is done with minimal draping. They use long flowing strokes and lots of warm coconut oil. It’s a very unique and relaxing massage.

I did the Exotic package for my own birthday treat. I felt the service was amazing and worth the price! I started with a scrub and then got the bottom/top facial with Sanaz. Sanaz was so sweet and did a great job! I then finished with a Lomi Lomi massage. I had Amanda who was FANTASTIC! She really knew how to use the hot stones. Full disclosure, the massage was probably a tie for the best massage I’ve EVER had! I will definitely be going back!! I would highly recommend! Thank you Sanaz & Amanda for making me feel so good on my birthday.
