About Me: Aloha! My name is Michelle, and I have been a licensed massage therapist for five years. Although I am trained in a wide range of modalities, my favorites/specialties are trigger point, injury, sports, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, and Swedish. While practicing as a massage therapist, I am also a full-time student at GCU. I am wrapping up my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, which has provided me with tools to offer my clients a mind-body connection through my work.
What Massage Means To Me: I adore massage therapy for many reasons. Primarily, I find myself to be both a physical and emotional healer. I willingly take on whatever the client brings into the room, whether it be emotions or physical pain. I have also been solution-driven, so my passion is to help others and watch them walk out of the room in much better shape than they arrived in. Watching that transformation really makes massage therapy an ideal career for me.
