About Me: I graduated from Atlanta School of Massage in 2012 and received my certification in Neuromuscular Therapy, Orthopedic Assessments, Reflexology, Spa Therapies, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Qi Gong and Seated Massage. Completed 1000+ hours of hands on training and clinical hours. From there, I expanded my practice by training in Lomi Lomi, Trigger Points, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Massage, Hot Stones, Prenatal, and various of Spa Treatments. Before Massage Therapy, I studied nursing at UWGA. I’ve spent many years discovering new ways to enhance my life and my abilities as a young woman with a lot of willpower and energy. I love Yoga, Acrobatic Yoga, Sound Therapy, Hiking, Painting, Chakra Balancing and diving in to whatever  keeps my curious mind going. Never a dull moment!

What Massage Means To Me: Many of us service our equipment, our vehicles and spend time taking care of others. If you can’t remember the last time you received a massage, you’re taking care of the wrong machine. Massage is a fundamental way to facilitate your healing and to help you feel alive. Touch is an essential part of living. To me, massage is to give life. To spread love.
