This is our signature custom traditional style massage. Typically a full body massage, the Mainland is fully tailored to meet your needs. Your therapist will use a combination of modalities which may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Stretching, Neuromuscular Massage and others to accomplish your goals during the session. This massage is not a routine where every treatment is the same, but rather is a custom experience crafted by your therapist after consultation with you.

While all licensed massage therapists in Arizona receive similar training in school, you will find our experienced team has a vast amount of additional training in a broad variety of healing techniques. Each brings with them a skill set based on their background, education and experience. Unlike many spas we encourage them to be creative and use their talents to help you have an exceptional experience each and every visit. As each therapist brings something a little different to the experience, we encourage you to try them all.

All medical issues such as back pain, stiffness, range of motion limitations, stress, etc. can be addressed with either our Mainland or Hawaiian massage.

Gift Cards include a $25 per hour gratuity for your therapist.
