Today, we stand in joyful celebration of a remarkable milestone achieved by one of our most cherished members of the Hawaiian Experience Spa ‘ohana, Jodi Ross. This month marks an incredible 11 years of dedication, passion, and aloha spirit that Jodi has shared with us, and what a journey it has been!

In 2013, Jodi embarked on her journey with us as a licensed massage therapist, bringing not just her skills but a radiant spirit of aloha that has touched the lives of many. Over the years, Jodi has been the embodiment of versatility and commitment, serving in nearly every capacity within our spa – from Spa Coordinator to Spa Manager, and most notably, spearheading the successful launch of our Goodyear Day Spa. Her journey is a testament to her unparalleled dedication and her exceptional ability to lead and inspire.

Jodi’s expertise in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, enriched by immersive training on the Big Island of Hawaii, has not only elevated our spa’s offerings but has also deeply rooted us in the authentic Hawaiian culture that we cherish. Her passion for providing an exceptional Hawaiian experience to our guests has been a guiding light for our spa.

In her current role as CXO (Chief Experience Officer), Jodi has taken the helm of the Desk Team, leading with grace and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Her leadership has been instrumental in enhancing the guest experience, ensuring that every visitor to our spa feels the warmth, welcome, and healing that is synonymous with the spirit of aloha.

To Jodi, your journey with Hawaiian Experience Spa is a story of love, growth, and aloha.
