Jessi’s journey with us began in 2015 when she joined our Goodyear day spa as a highly skilled and compassionate massage therapist. Over the years, she has not only honed her craft but also played a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Her dedication, professionalism, and caring nature have garnered immense appreciation from our clients, making her an integral part of our family.

Recognizing Jessi’s exceptional talents and strong work ethic, we appointed her as the Assistant Director of Massage Therapy earlier this year. In this role, she demonstrated remarkable leadership skills and went above and beyond to provide vital support to our massage team. Always proactive and resourceful, she sought out opportunities to assist her colleagues beyond the boundaries of her responsibilities, making a significant impact on the overall performance of the massage program.

Now, as Hawaiian Experience Spa embarks on an exciting phase of growth and expansion, we found ourselves in need of a higher-level manager who could not only support our massage team but also guide and mentor our esthetics team. Jessi’s remarkable performance as Assistant Director made her the natural choice for this crucial position.

As the Service Team Success Manager, Jessi will play a key role in providing essential support, comprehensive training, and valuable mentorship to our entire service team, including our talented massage therapists and aestheticians. With her guidance, our team will be equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their respective roles, ultimately elevating the quality of services we offer and delivering unparalleled Hawaiian experiences to all our guests.
