Fun Fact: Koa Warriors would shave their bodies and apply oil before battle, so the enemy could not get a good grip on them in hand to hand combat. The Koa Warriors practiced a secretive Hawaiian martial art called “lua”. With this art it is said the Koa Warriors could easily break bones, maim or kill an adversary.
