Monk Seals are only found in the state of Hawaii and are the most endangered seal species in the world. Monk seals eat a variety of food like octopus, squid and crustaceans. They spend two thirds of their life at sea and a can hold their breath for 20 minutes and dive 1,800 feet. Unlike other seals they live a solitary life and can spend days sleeping on beaches.
