Starting on October 17, 2022 the spas will no longer be accepting cash for payment of products or services. You can still leave tips for your therapists in cash but the spa will not have change so please bring the amount you wish to leave. Ninety-nine percent of our guests currently pay with credit cards so this only affects a small percentage of people. Still we realize this may be an inconvenience for some of our guests and we do apologize if this negatively affects you.

Accepting cash payments requires a great deal of overhead and safety measures. With ongoing staffing shortages we are simplifying our operation and focusing our resources on items that affect your experience more. Eliminating cash from our operation will free up time and focus so our ‘ohana can better serve you.
