Job Summary

As a spa administrator you are responsible for all tasks necessary to run a busy day spa. You will have a diverse and challenging day as you endeavor, along with other team members, to make each client’s spa experience exceptional . Part of your duties will include front desk work such as making appointments, selling products and memberships, checking out clients, etc. but this is not simply a front desk position. You will actively be moving throughout the spa, keeping it clean, setting up the showers, sauna and steam room, doing laundry, setting up client lockers and more.

NEEDED FOR WEEKENDS ONLY- SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

Responsibilities and Duties

Every ‘ohana member’s job is to help to make sure each client has an exceptional experience each visit. You will do this by:

• Helping clients choose the best service and booking it in our system
• Keeping the spa clean and neat all day to help the clients feel at peace during their visits
• Check out clients smoothly to end their experience stress free
• Inform clients of membership opportunities and sell memberships as appropriate
• Set up lockers, sauna, steam room and other amenities for clients
• File, scan and do other general office work
• Do laundry, fold towels and robes, stock shelves with supplies
